SerializedTelemetryTransport

API

Optional adapter optimization for complete, replaceable telemetry snapshots. The caller supplies a validated payload in the named encoding. Unsupported adapters return false so the caller can use the ordinary typed send path. This separate interface leaves custom Transport implementations unchanged.
